Job Description

obs like this involve handling service calls to provide appropriate solutions for customers and intermediaries. You would spend the majority of your time resolving customer queries and identifying and pursuing up selling (add-on) and cross selling opportunities. You are likely to be based in a contact centre or central unit dealing with customers and intermediaries on a one to one basis, although you will also work with other colleagues and be part of a team. You will have strong communication and problem solving skills.

 

  • Respond customer Calls / mails with their specific queries.
  • Build customer's interest in the services and products offered by the company
  • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
  • Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/ prospective customer
  • Liaising with other departments for resolving customer queries/ complaints and requests
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, solicit feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service/ assistance
  • Effective closure of the cases / calls
  • To handle calls/ complaints as per defined process and SLAs
  • Any other day-to-day tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Desigred Profile:

Ideal Profile Experienced professional with 2+ years experience at a Call Centre for both Voice & Non-Voice process (Fresher are also welcome).

  • Basic computer knowledge/ technological skills
  • Good Oral & Written communication skills
  • Languages - Hindi, English & Tamil
  • Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
  • Dependability; to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments
  • Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions
